If you’re a driven sales pro who thrives on the phone and excels at turning cold or previously lost leads into customers, this is your chance to join a high-energy, high-reward team.š This position is ON-SITE at our Market Street location in Saint Augustine, FL.
š„ What You’ll Do-
š¹ Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new sales opportunities

š¹ Work rehash sales by re-engaging past leads and unsold opportunities

š¹ Close deals over the phone with strong follow-up and conversion skills

š¹ Build rapport, identify customer needs, and present premium home service solutions

š¹ Overcome objections and consistently close sales

š¹ Hit performance targets and earn big with uncapped commissions
š¼ What You Bring-
āļø Proven cold-calling experience (required)

āļø Experience in rehash sales or re-engaging old leads (preferred/required)

āļø Strong phone-closing ability with high conversion rates

āļø Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

āļø Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to six-figure-plus earnings
