Description

New + Found, Lawrence Group, & Integrate Construction, a development, design and construction consortium, is seeking a data-driven professional to provide analytical insights and strategic support across its three-business enterprise. The Marketing Research and Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that enhance client experience and support the firm’s overall growth strategy. This position combines advanced data analytics and market research expertise to uncover insights, identify trends, and measure performance. As the subject matter expert (SME) in maintaining and optimizing CRM data integrity, this role ensures that client and market information is accurate, actionable, and strategically leveraged to advance the firm’s goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Data and CRM Analysis:
    • Work closely with the Market Leaders to collect, organize, and analyze data from marketing, sales, and client activities to identify patterns and insights that inform growth strategies
    • Serve as the subject matter expert in maintaining and optimizing the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data within the VantagePoint CRM system.
    • Support and refine client personas based on market and performance data to support targeted business and marketing initiatives.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in VantagePoint to visualize key trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
    • Translate data findings into clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance client experience and support overall firm strategy.
  2. Market Research and Strategy Support
    • Work closely with Executive Leadership to conduct comprehensive market research to identify current and emerging trends in the architecture, development, and construction industries with an immediate focus in St. Louis, MO, Texas, Florida, & New York.
    • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Gather information on potential clients, their preferences, and needs.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and industry news affecting the architecture sector.
    • Support the marketing team in tracking and analyzing the marketing efforts and strategies of competitors in the applicable industries.
    • Identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights to help the company differentiate itself effectively.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders for project related work including but not limited to post project surveys and analysis
  3. Marketing Strategy Support: This position partners closely with the Marketing department to develop data-driven strategies and campaigns, providing analytical support in setting marketing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, while continuously monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure informed decision-making and optimized results.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Assist in setting marketing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing research and data analysis, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous, particularly Deltek VantagePoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications

General understanding of the AEC industry (nationally and across all markets) the sales cycle across the country.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This is not a supervisory position.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment with hybrid schedule capability. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 

Physical Demands

This position requires no minimum ability to lift, bend or stand.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible.

Travel

Minimal travel is expected for this position.
