Job Summary: The Merchandise Coordinator’s main responsibilities focus on maintenance of item and supplier data integrity. Their main job is to execute the creation of new items and maintenance the data integrity of those products.

Work Location:

  • This will be an onsite role in our Greenville WI location.

Compensation Information:

  • Hourly range of $20-$24 plus an annual incentive plan.

What you’ll do:

·         Creates accurate and complete engineering change orders (ECO’s) for supplier/item information to ensure Oracle is updated accordingly.

·         Obtains all item data for effective setup of new products from suppliers and maintains all necessary Syndigo/PIM and EBS product related fields.

·         Reconciles item data to maintain accuracy.

·         Maintains active components within Bill of Materials.

·         Maintains data to track cost, status, and supplier profiles.

·         Executes product life cycle changes, as requested by Merchandise Managers.

·         Resolves inquiries/issues with product by working with Merchandise Managers, Warehouse Team, Customer Care, and Suppliers.

·         Review and resolve discrepancies on audit reports pertaining to product data integrity.

·         Works with Merchandise Managers in areas such as supplier maintenance and communication, new product submissions, new product development, competitive assortment and pricing research, supplier meetings, etc.

·         Resolution of pending LUI request that are submitted systematically into Syndigo/PIM or emailed by business teams, asking questions for clarification, when needed.

What we expect you to bring to the table: 

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience within merchandising, marketing, flow cells or related area.

·         Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) platform

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, as well as Oracle and Outlook

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.

·         Data base management

·         Proofing skills and applications

·         Able to handle large volumes of data.

·         Develops effective working relationships with internal customers and suppliers.

·         Works cross-functionally and within flow cells and recognizes the impact of own actions on others; gains support and commitment of others to achieve common goals.

·         Budgets time necessary to complete assignments; tracks and manages multiple tasks; prioritizes effectively.

·         Knowledge of support resources, systems, and processes

·         Conveys information effectively and concisely through both verbal and written communication with strong follow-up.

·         Seeks to continuously improve; readily supports change and can adapt to daily challenges and larger, one-off change events.

·         Displays motivation, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to flow cell objectives.

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within merchandising, marketing, flow cells or related area
  •  Proficiency in ERP (Oracle) platform
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, as well as Oracle and Outlook.

Education and/or Certifications Required:

  •    High School diploma or equivalent required
