We are currently taking applications/resumes for an Experienced Estimator for the Paincourtville, LA and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Estimator:

•             Owning bid strategy, pricing, and risk evaluation

•             Leading the estimating process from pursuit through submission

•             Making go / no-go recommendations on public projects

•             Reviewing plans, specs, scopes, and subcontractor coverage

•             Mentoring and developing junior estimators

•             Partnering with project management to ensure clean handoffs

What We're Looking For

•             8+ years of estimating and/or preconstruction experience

•             Experience with public entity work (vertical, government, municipal, DOT, utilities, schools, etc.) preferred

•             Strong judgment around risk, competitiveness, and margin

•             Comfortable saying "no" to bad work

•             Experience leading or mentoring others

•             Organized,  decisive,  and accountable
