Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop impactful learning materials and programs. The ideal candidate will create engaging content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee skills across the organization.

Required Skill Sets:

1. Expertise in e-learning tools
2. Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies
3. Strong visual design and content development skills
4. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness

The contract will run until 06/30/2026 with any extension being based upon performance and business unit needs as that time approaches.
