The Business Support Specialist analyzes and researches system, account, and loan issues, resolving discrepancies and communicating outcomes to ensure accuracy and compliance. They help ensure software and systems meet regulatory and procedural requirements while identifying errors, recommending corrective actions, and supporting process improvements across the organization.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve General Ledger or system-related issues, participate in task groups for new products or automated systems, and test and implement system or process changes. The specialist works closely with business units to address system and equipment problems and recommend operational enhancements.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • User acceptance test planning and execution
  • Ongoing research and process evaluation
  • Performing other duties as needed to support efficient and accurate business operations
