Guest Services Ranger - Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage

Position Summary:
The Guest Service Ranger plays a key role in maintaining a calm, safe, and guest-ready environment during afternoon/evening hours. This position provides operational support through routine property checks, light cleaning, guest assistance, and monitoring public spaces. While not a security role, the Guest Service Ranger serves as a visible presence to help deter disturbances and ensure the resort remains quiet and orderly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine golf cart patrols throughout the property to monitor activity and ensure a peaceful environment
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, noise disturbances, or maintenance issues to the management team.
• Guest service remains a top priority.  This is a guest services position, focused on hospitality, not a security position. 
• Perform cleaning tasks inside resort facilities (clubhouse, restrooms, laundry room, etc.)
• Oversee laundry processes for vacation rental linens or resort operations as needed
• Support any after-hours guest needs
• Ensure resort standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality are upheld during overnight hours
• Complete daily logs and communicate observations to the team
• Support a smooth handoff between shifts
• Professionally represent Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage and CRR Hospitality
• Other projects as assigned

Other:

• Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Variable schedule, including weekends and Holidays
• Starting at $16.50/hour
