What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the charge on production schedules and make sure projects run on time.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously like a pro.

• Run shop production meetings and set clear expectations for the team.

• Coordinate supplies and resources so nothing slows down the action.

• Report progress with actionable solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Who You Are

• A natural organizer with strong attention to detail.

• Skilled in project management tools (think Microsoft Project, Monday.com).

• A clear communicator—written and verbal.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
