Join a dynamic 300-unit Class B apartment community in Brookhaven, GA as we undergo an exciting renovation. We're seeking a results-driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing team, drive occupancy growth, and create exceptional resident experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve leasing goals while leading and mentoring a high-performing leasing consultant team
  • Drive occupancy rates and revenue growth through strategic marketing, sales, and community engagement initiatives
  • Oversee all leasing operations, including prospect tours, lease negotiations, and resident move-ins
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and manage social media presence to attract qualified prospects
  • Foster exceptional customer service standards and promote resident satisfaction and retention
  • Manage leasing budgets, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth operations and resident concerns are addressed promptly
  • Conduct team training and development to ensure consistent leasing excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or similar leadership role in multifamily residential communities
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding occupancy and revenue targets
  • Exceptional sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong proficiency in marketing and social media strategies
  • Bilingual capability (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to work three to four weekends per month
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass full background verification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in newly renovated or repositioned communities
  • Knowledge of apartment industry trends and best practices
  • Experience managing leasing teams of 2+ consultants
