POSITION DESCRIPTION

The successful applicant will be able to undertake Control Account Manager (CAM) activities. The Subcontractor may support project management activities, including but not limited to Risk Management, Cost Estimating Support, Schedule Development, and Scope Definition.

 

The candidate should have experience with working on multimillion-dollar Capital Acquisition projects, development of Work Breakdown Structures for such projects, and familiarity with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS).  It is also desirable for the resource to have prior DOE experience and be familiar with (need not be all inclusive of or limited to the following): nuclear and/or electrical engineering, principles of operation of reactor and/or accelerator systems, risk management, estimating, and scheduling.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·       Previous DOE experience,

·       Experience with capital line item projects,

·       Ability to work in a diverse work environment,

·       Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening in accordance with Federal requirements (details below),

·       Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.

 

 

LOCATION

  • Remote with some travel to Albuquerque, NM
