Job Title: Indirect Loan Funder
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20–$22/hour, based on experience

TEG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Loan Funder to help deliver an exceptional loan experience to TEG’s dealer partners and members alike. This individual will perform data entry, be the disbursal agent and clear all approval conditions prior to loan disbursement.

Indirect Loan Funder Responsibilities:

• Fund and disburse loans with precision, reviews and processes indirect vehicle loan applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete before disbursement.
• Be the bridge between TEG and our dealers, communicating with auto dealers to request additional documentation, clear loan approval conditions, and build strong sustainable relationships.
• Maintain accurate loan records setting up accounts and loans in our system, track monthly loan funding stats, and ensure everything is in line with compliance standards.
• Support compliance reviewing newly opened accounts and loans for compliance accuracy before submitting them to the Compliance team.
• Pitch in as a team player backing up lien processing to help with related tasks, playing an important role in keeping our loan process running smoothly.

Performance Measurements:

• Timely and accurate funding of indirect contracts.
• Full understanding of credit union lending policies.
• Clear and consistent communication with both internal and external partners.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

What You Bring:

• 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with an eagle eye for accuracy and follow-through.
• Professionalism and courtesy when working with a dealer, member or teammate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Windows programs.
• Organization in a multitasking fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20-$22 per hour, based on experience. Plus, eligible for annual Bonus
