About This Opportunity

Join us as an Apartment Property Manager overseeing 300+ units. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You'll manage all aspects of community operations—from financial performance and marketing initiatives to customer service and team development—in a role that directly impacts both resident satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of a 300+ unit Class A apartment community
  • Manage financial performance, budgeting, and revenue optimization
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a property management team
  • Implement and execute marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and lease rates
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resident satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain community facilities and amenities
  • Utilize property management software (Yardi or OneSite) for daily operations and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional apartment property management experience
  • Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAM, CPM or College Degree
  • Experience managing Class A communities
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
  • Experience with multiple property management software platforms
