The CRM Manager is a field‑based relationship leader supporting Puzzle Healthcare’s skilled nursing facility partners across Michigan and a growing multi‑state footprint. This role is highly hands‑on and travel‑intensive, focused on strengthening partner relationships, identifying early operational or satisfaction issues, and ensuring facilities feel consistently supported between leadership touchpoints.
This position requires frequent in‑state and nationwide travel.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a consistent, in‑person presence across assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Build rapport with facility staff and reinforce Puzzle’s commitment to partnership
- Support data‑driven conversations around performance and outcomes
- Surface emerging concerns early and escalate appropriately to Regional Operations leadership
- Maintain awareness of facility dynamics and ensure smooth continuity during leadership changes
- Represent Puzzle professionally across all field interactions and travel markets
