Warehouse Technician | Temp-to-Hire | $17–19/hour | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | On-site in Media, PA

This role offers hands-on experience working directly with specialized coatings, including mixing, preparing, and handling materials, with a light chemistry component. A Day in the Life:

• Handle shipping, receiving, picking, and packing of materials
• Mix and prepare water-based paint products according to specific formulas and instructions
• Assist with batching, labeling, and staging products for shipment
• Follow detailed processes to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to 30 lbs

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including measuring and mixing materials (basic chemistry exposure)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn and grow
• Must have reliable transportation
