Location: Vienna, VA

Work Arrangement: 3 days per week on-site required (Tuesday is a mandatory in-office day for all team members.)

About This Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide critical support in ensuring accurate compliance with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies. You will play an essential part in protecting our client's members by properly managing account restrictions and fund handling in accordance with all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies with precision and accuracy
  • Restrict member accounts and funds in compliance with legal requirements
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance requirements
  • Analyze complex legal documents and situations to determine appropriate actions
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external parties regarding legal matters
