Starting Salary: $56,000
Position Summary: This position will conduct contract compliance and quality assurance activities for FPOCF
sub-contractors and also provide contract management support to the other FPOCF programs to ensure an integrated model of sub-contractor oversight.
Technical/Functional Expectations:
1. Quality Management – Essential Function: Participate in monitoring activities, including file reviews, data roll-up, and analysis of trend data in order to ensure quality and improve processes.
2. Quality Issue Resolution- Essential Function: Identify problems; examine solution options; implement action plans; provide resources in order to resolve quality issues.
3. Report Preparation – Essential Function: Collect, analyze, and summarize data in order to prepare reports and make recommendations.
4. Documentation- Essential Function: Assist with contract management functions to include tracking, filing, and inputting contract documentation in order to adequately reflect activity performed and conditions which conform to Agency procedures and requirements.
5. Customer Relationships -Essential Function: Make periodic visits, explore specific needs, and resolve problems in order to build and maintain sub-contractor relationships.
6. Other duties as required: Job performance requires fulfilling other incidental or related duties as assigned, assisting and training others, and performing duties of higher rated positions from time to time for developmental purposes.

Business Experience:
1. Effective verbal & written communication skills: This business experience is required in order to effectively train a wide-variety of subject matter and for writing and presenting effective summaries, and reports.
2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: This is required in order to effectively partner with various stakeholders and agency staff at all levels.
3. Analysis: This position must review various data elements and identify trends, root causes, opportunities for training, and areas of strength to assess overall agency performance.
4. Strong skills in MS Office: This is required in order to develop training presentations, and to develop, track, update and generate reports using Word, Excel or other applications.
5. Valid Drivers License- Required: This is required in order to travel throughout the County for monitoring and site visits.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
1. BA/BS - Bachelors Degree or equivalent required.
2. 2 to 5 years social services contract management experience required.
3. I+ years prior stand up training/Facilitation experience preferred.
