Join Our Team at Christ Church!

At Christ Church, every child matters, and every leader helps shape the next generation of faith.

When you join our Quest Kids team, you’re not just coordinating volunteers or managing classrooms. You’re helping create safe, joyful environments where children encounter God, build relationships, and grow in their faith.

We’re looking for a Quest Kids Lead Campus Coordinator Contractor — a relational, organized leader who can support volunteers, oversee classroom operations, and help ensure our children’s ministry runs smoothly each Sunday. If you thrive in a team environment and are passionate about helping children and volunteers flourish, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

As our Quest Kids Lead Campus Coordinator Contractor, you’ll play a vital part in creating welcoming, organized, and meaningful ministry experiences for children and families.

·       You’ll help build and support a team of volunteers who are passionate about serving the next generation.

·       You’ll help create environments where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn about God.

·       You’ll collaborate with dedicated ministry leaders who share your commitment to excellence, teamwork, and spiritual growth.

·       You’ll see how your leadership and coordination help shape meaningful experiences for children and families every week.

Here, your leadership won’t just organize a team … it will help build a ministry that transforms lives.

What You’ll Do:

·       Lead & Coordinate:  Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for the Quest Kids volunteer team during Sunday services, providing leadership, direction, and support.

·       Recruit & Develop Volunteers:  Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and encouraging volunteers while helping them serve effectively in areas aligned with their strengths and gifts.

·       Manage Volunteer Scheduling:  Help coordinate volunteer schedules, ensure appropriate volunteer-to-child ratios, and secure substitutes when needed.

·       Support Classroom Operations:  Assist the Quest Kids staff in maintaining safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environments where children can learn and grow.

·       Ensure Safety & Compliance:  Enforce Quest Kids policies and safety standards, including classroom management guidelines and incident reporting procedures.

·       Support Curriculum Implementation:  Maintain familiarity with Quest Kids curriculum and help volunteers effectively apply lesson plans and learning activities.

·       Communicate & Collaborate:  Work closely with the Quest Kids Director, Quest Kids Staff, volunteers, and parents to ensure smooth communication and coordination across the ministry.

·       Encourage & Appreciate Volunteers:  Help cultivate a positive team culture through encouragement, communication, and volunteer appreciation.

Why This Role Matters

Children’s ministry plays a vital role in shaping the spiritual foundation of the next generation. As a Quest Kids Lead Campus Coordinator, you help ensure that every Sunday is organized, safe, welcoming, and impactful.

Your leadership helps volunteers thrive, classrooms run smoothly, and children experience a ministry environment where they can grow in faith and feel deeply valued.
