Perform vehicle accessory installations, module replacements, calibrations, and software/firmware updates in accordance with manufacturer and company procedures.

Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance, including minor services through major engine, drivetrain, and electrical repairs, up to and including complete overhauls.

Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repairs, parts used, and labor performed in company systems.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that reflects pride in work and adherence to manufacturer and company standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area, including proper care and use of tools and equipment.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support overall shop efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements- Proven and verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician or Auto Mechanic.
- Strong working knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency with modern vehicle diagnostic systems, scan tools, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to safely operate shop equipment, including vehicle lifts, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies, repair methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively in a team-oriented environment.
