Bilingual Recruiter (Remote)

The pay range for this position is $19.23 - 21.63 per hour, depending on experience. All Recruiters are eligible for commission.  

What You’ll Do:

• Review and evaluate candidate video interviews using our one-way interview platform. 
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and submit qualified candidates. 
• Facilitate pre-employment tasks (background checks and drug screens. 
• Communicate progress and coordinate changes with clients and candidates.
• Communicate first day instructions and coordinate orientation for candidates. 
• Manage candidates, candidate flow and workload through Source2’s and client’s ATS
• Attend bi-weekly calls with the client alongside CSL. 
• Ensure ATS is updated daily with accurate candidate activity, dispositions, and status changes to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Who you are

• Bilingual – must be able to speak Spanish fluently with candidates.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. 
• Confident and professional interviewer focused on professional candidates
• Polished and effective communicator with hiring managers and /or clients at all levels
• Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Confident and competitive to achieve hires and meet and exceed incentive goals
• Intermediate level of familiarity with different computer programs and software (Brightmove, Workday, Google Docs, etc.)
