ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Associate Director, Accounting, the Donor Services & Office Assistant is a key representative of BCRF, often serving as the first impression of BCRF while providing critical support in receiving all inquiries to BCRF’s phone line, email and mailbox. The Donor Services & Office Assistant will be well-versed in our mission, organizational structure and donor relations protocol to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
This position is based in New York, NY and requires work five days a week onsite in the office (Monday through Friday).

Compensation and Benefits
