Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and revenue optimization for a 300+ unit community
- Direct daily property operations and maintenance coordination to ensure top-tier community standards
- Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Manage lease administration, renewals, and resident relations
- Utilize Yardi or OneSite property management software for daily operations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional apartment property management experience
- Proven expertise with Yardi or OneSite property management systems
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies for multifamily properties
- Ability to pass comprehensive background verification
- CAM or Bachelor's degree preferred
