What You'll Do

• Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations
• Handle equipment, materials, and tools on job sites
• Support ductwork, refrigerant lines, and equipment placement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Learn from experienced techs every single day

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, construction, or a related trade
• Willingness to work hard, show up on time, and be a team player
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• EPA 608 certification a plus — not required
