JOB REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of SC personal injury & workers' compensation case management experience.

Litigation experience

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience with case management software.

Professional demeanor and appearance required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent computer skills.

Experience speaking with clients daily.

Handle case load of 70+ personal injury/workers' compensation cases.

Type legal correspondence.

Collect medical records & bills (you have your own assistant to help)

Drafting demand packages

Set up IME's.

Draft Briefs.
