Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B

You will join the team to build and test small, highly complex mechanical components that support high-performance applications. Your work directly impacts product quality and reliability for the organization’s precision products. This is an onsite role in Elyria, OH with shift options (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM).

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

• Assemble small, complex mechanical and electromechanical components
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to build assemblies
• Inspect and test assemblies to meet quality and tolerance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members in a close, cell-based setting

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• High school diploma or GED (required prior to interview)
• Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience or formal mechanical training
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute within 30 minutes

• 2+ years of mechanical or precision assembly experience
• Experience with small, intricate assemblies (e.g., pumps, motors, electrical components)
• Soldering experience
• Automotive mechanical experience

Pay Range

$11.83 - $14.79/hour
