Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician - 2nd Shift

You will perform assembly and test functions that directly support production quality and delivery for the team. In this onsite 2nd shift role (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), you will work closely with supervision and fellow technicians to meet production requirements and maintain safety and quality standards.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques and follow established procedures
  • Read, interpret, and apply assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
  • Operate test equipment, verify calibrations, and conduct test audits
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling as directed
  • Make adjustments to correct irregular or non-conforming assemblies
  • Assist and instruct others in daily activities as needed
  • Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas
  • Follow safety rules and participate in quality and safety processes

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • High school diploma or GED
  • US Person status
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Manual dexterity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory performance while following procedures and safety requirements

Pay Range

$12.90 - $16.12/hour
