Become a Key Player as a 4/10 Production Assembler 2
You will support production by performing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to meet quality and safety standards. You will work onsite on the 1st shift in an M–Th, 5:00am–3:30pm schedule, collaborating with manufacturing teammates and following established process specifications to keep product moving through assigned cells.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations per company instructions and procedures
- Conduct inspections of your own and others' work against drawings and quality requirements
- Apply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentation
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) and perform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks as required
- Maintain work area according to company guidelines and participate in required events
- Demonstrate and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for variable schedules, nights, weekends, and additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2+ years of relevant mechanical/electromechanical assembly experience
- Ability to perform mechanical assembly and wire harness assembly
- Ability to read and understand prints/drawings and interpret company documents, safety rules, and manufacturing instructions
- Good manual dexterity for working with small parts and ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent practical experience
- Capability to recognize and resolve typical problems in your work area using established options

$22.68/hour
