Apartment Property Manager Needed - New Construction - Augusta, GA

• 100% affordable and LIHTC experience is required.
• Onesite/RealPage preferred.
• Customer service, communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly as needs change.
• Prior lease-up experience and/or proven success in high-occupancy lease environments.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, hold teams accountable, and create urgency in sales.

Must be able to work one weekend per month.  New Construction experience is required.
