Become a Key Player as a Senior Technical Recruiter – AI & ML Engineering

You will own technical recruiting for AI and software engineering roles, sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates to meet client hiring needs. You will work remotely and partner with client success and account teams to prioritize searches, manage pipelines, and drive placements. Your impact will be measured by candidate quality, interview activity, and time-to-fill.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Recruit AI Software Engineers and AI Professionals for client openings across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire searches.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen and qualify candidates via phone/video calls and evaluate technical fit.
  • Create candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to clients while maintaining candidate communication.
  • Manage multiple client requisitions simultaneously and prioritize searches based on client urgency.
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation, candidate records, and provide pipeline updates and progress reports.
  • Verify candidate qualifications through resume reviews, portfolio/GitHub assessments, employment verification, and reference checks.
  • Identify fraudulent profiles, fabricated work histories, proxy interviews, and AI-generated or misrepresented technical experience.

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting AI talent.
  • Experience identifying fake candidate profiles, fabricated work histories, proxy interviews, and other fraudulent recruiting activity.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency, recruiting agency, RPO, or search firm environment.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to assess technical resumes and candidate backgrounds, including cloud, backend/frontend/full-stack concepts, AI/ML, and LLMs.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates and managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
