Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester A
You will help the team deliver quality mechanical assemblies and tested products that meet customer requirements and on-time delivery schedules. You will work closely with production leads, quality inspectors, and engineering to troubleshoot and improve processes. This is an onsite role, 1st shift (6:00am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday) in the Camarillo, CA facility.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform moderately complex assembly and test tasks using hand and power tools, test equipment, fixtures, and inspection measurement tools.
- Record test results and interpret data from equipment such as oscilloscopes, transducers, and flow devices; identify malfunctions and rework as instructed.
- Read and apply blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and quality directives.
- Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; perform soldering, wiring, and final detailing as required.
- Mix and apply finishing materials for touch-up or full surface painting; clean parts and maintain FOD-free work area.
- Participate in lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs and assist in training less experienced team members.
- Ensure equipment calibration is maintained per schedule and observe all safety rules.
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Two or more years of industry-related assembly/test experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
- Strong mechanical reasoning and ability to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and demonstrate effective verbal, written, and basic computer skills.
- Experience applying product and process knowledge to newly learned techniques and implementing lean initiatives.
- Effective interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team environment.

Pay Range
$22.84 - $28.55/hour
