Become a Key Player as a Cell Technician
You will help produce and validate assembled components that meet customer specifications, ensuring quality and safety on a 1st shift schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will work onsite with production supervisors and team members to meet production targets and support continuous improvement. Your contributions will affect product quality, delivery, and overall operational success.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform a variety of approved assembly techniques from simple to complex assemblies
- Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Operate test equipment, verify calibration, and conduct test audits
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tooling and make adjustments to correct non-conforming assemblies
- Assist and instruct teammates as needed to meet production requirements
- Maintain organized, clean, and FOD-free work areas while following safety procedures
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- High school diploma or GED
- US person status
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, and drawings
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as a participative team member
- Manual dexterity and a willingness to learn

- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Pay Range
$16.80 - $21.00/hour
