Defense Litigation Law Firm seeks a Litigation Associate for their growing Charlotte, NC office, to representing national corporate clients and large self-insureds.

• 2-3 years of general liability experience to someone more senior.
• Ideally, the candidate would be willing to do both general liability and workers’ compensation, but we can be flexible on the WC portion
• Trial experience is highly desired but not required because you will get your chance to develop real trial skills.
• Manage your own caseload from inception through resolution.
• Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
• Experience representing individuals and businesses.

Position is "In-office" so you have active mentorship and strategic collaboration with Firms Partners.
