Position Title: Part-Time Greeter – 55+ Real Estate Community Center
Location: Coatesville, PA
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM during winter months; 9:30 AM–6:00 PM during Daylight Saving Time
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour

A 55+ real estate community center in the Coatesville area is seeking a personable, dependable, and welcoming Part-Time Greeter to support front desk operations on weekends. This direct-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekend schedule and the chance to work in a friendly, community-focused environment.

Core Responsibilities:

·       Greeting residents, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner

·       Assisting with basic inquiries and providing community information

·       Maintaining an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk area

·       Monitoring visitor flow and ensuring proper check-in procedures

·       Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression

·       Performing light administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Strong customer service and communication skills

·       Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

·       Reliable and dependable attendance

·       Ability to work independently and remain attentive during weekend hours

·       Prior front desk, hospitality, administrative, or customer-facing experience preferred

·       Comfortable interacting with residents and guests in a community setting
