Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 2
You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work that keeps production flowing and products meeting specification. You will support the production cell and collaborate with operators, inspectors, and supervisors to meet daily output and quality goals. This is an onsite role working the 2nd shift (evening, 5x8 schedule).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and procedures
- Inspect your own work and that of other associates to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings and specifications
- Apply process specifications and record production time and quantity data for assigned cell
- Maintain the work area according to guidelines and participate in required events
- Perform basic welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery (e.g., sandblasting, electro-etching equipment, presses)
- Follow and demonstrate all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; be available for nights, weekends, variable schedules, and additional hours as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Electro Mechanical Assembly experience
- Skilled in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations
- Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machinery
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred)
Pay Range
$18.14 - $22.68/hour
