Requires bachelor’s in structural, mechanical, or civil eng. and one year in job offered or related engineering position. Requires working knowledge of AutoCAD, NDS, Blue Suede Network, and VETRO GIS-software, and working knowledge of OSP and ISP engineering and construction techniques.
