The Role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead Analyst will own and governance the company’s long-range financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and profit center-level profitability analysis. This role will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate performance trends, and provide clear insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Work Location -Hybrid-Denver, CO; must report to the office as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s long-range financial plan, including revenue, operating expense, capital, EBITDA, and cash flow projections.

Develop and analyze profit center-level financial results to identify performance trends, margin drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to improve profitability.

Build and maintain financial models using complex data sets, advanced formulas, and business inputs to deliver insightful reporting, develop multiple scenarios, and improve forecast accuracy.

Support preparation of recurring cash flow forecasts and scenario analyses to help assess liquidity, funding needs, business performance, and strategic planning decisions.

Influences strategy with business leaders to for key operational and financial drivers, pressure-test assumptions, forecast variances and profitability insights.

Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide guidance and mentorship to others
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience, with demonstrated exposure to forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Strong financial modeling skills, including experience working with complex data sets, scenario analysis, and driver-based forecasting models.

Ability to analyze financial and operational data, synthesize key takeaways, and communicate findings clearly to business partners, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$99,080- $148,620 USD
