This is a content production role focused on filming, editing, and visual storytelling, with on-site coverage of events during peak season. This role is structured to scale up hours/output during shoulder (April-June; November-December) and peak seasons (July-October) and scale down in the off-season (Jan-March).

Scope of Work:

Off-Peak (Nov–Jun)

  • Light social content creation and posting cadence
  • Occasional planning shoots or evergreen content batching for use both off and peak season

Peak season (Jul–Oct)

  • Increased shoot and edit volume to support presale launches, event promotion, and daily social content across brands
  • On-site coverage of key event days (openings, press previews, signature nights)
  • Fast-turnaround edits for time-sensitive social/story content

Principal Duties

  • Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, tailored to each brand's distinct voice
  • Create or source supporting graphics for social posts
  • Maintain and execute the social content calendar in coordination with the Director of Marketing
  • Cover assigned on-site events for real-time and near-real-time content capture
  • Monitor basic engagement and flag notable trends back to the Director
  • Deliver content in formats/aspect ratios appropriate to each platform (reels, stories, in-feed)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong portfolio of short-form video work (social-native editing, not just long-form video)
  • Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere/Rush, CapCut, or equivalent) and basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Comfortable working independently on-site at events, including evenings and weekends during peak season
  • Ability to adapt tone and visual style across multiple sub-brands
  • Reliable, fast turnaround on time-sensitive content

Work Conditions: Primarily remote/independent work for editing and planning; required on-site presence at assigned events (May–December), including evenings and weekends.
