Secret Shopper / Compliance Checker

$20/Hour + Mileage Reimbursement | Approximately 40 Hours/Month

Monarch Staffing is seeking reliable individuals ages 21–25 for a flexible Secret Shopper/Compliance Checker opportunity throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties.

This position offers approximately 40 hours per month to start and is ideal for someone looking for flexible, supplemental income while working independently.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to assigned business locations throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties

• Complete compliance checks related to ID and age-verification procedures

• Follow specific instructions for each assigned location

• Submit a brief, accurate report following each visit

• Complete assigned routes in their entirety once started

Schedule

Assignments are available monthly, with approximately 40 hours of work per month to start.

Work is organized into designated routes. Once a route is started, all stops on that route must be completed within the same day.

Compensation

$20 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Requirements

• Must be 21–25 years old

• Must have a valid government-issued photo ID

• Personal, reliable transportation is required

• Must be willing and able to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties

• Must be able to complete assigned routes in one day

• Must be dependable and comfortable working independently

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions

• Must complete required training prior to beginning assignments
