You’ll focus on high-volume hiring for light industrial roles in a fast-paced environment, supported by tools designed to dramatically increase your speed and output.

This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role with potential for full-time conversion depending on performance

• Screen and qualify candidates quickly for hourly and entry-level roles
• Proactively call and engage candidates to move them through the process
• Submit candidates faster without sacrificing quality
• Manage high-volume pipelines with streamlined, tech-enabled workflows
• Prioritize roles based on urgency and hiring demand
• Hit performance metrics (submissions, starts, fills) with significantly higher efficiency

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 2+ years of experience in agency staffing, preferrably from a mid-large agency (Aquent, Adecco, Manpower, RHI, LHH, etc.)
• Experience hiring for light industrial or manufacturing is a plus
• Comfortable with outbound calling and fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Open mindset toward using AI and modern recruiting tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

$28-38/hour
