PT Residential Program Administrative Coordinator | Temp to Hire position $33/hr. | Remote

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Residential Program Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, documentation, and compliance support for its residential services program.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism who is familiar with Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) services and residential documentation requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience reviewing individual records, service documentation, and program requirements to ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

 

The position is fully remote and the selected candidate will need to provide their own computer and have access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection.


 
A day in the life of a Residential Program Administrative Coordinator

  • Maintain and audit individual residential records and required documentation.
  • Review Individual Support Plans (ISPs), assessments, goals, quarterly documentation, and staff records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor ISP goals and review staff documentation to ensure services and progress notes align with identified goals.
  • Track medical appointments, health information, follow-up recommendations, and changes in individual needs.
  • Access HCSIS to review individual information, services, ISPs, and required updates.
  • Access PROMISe to review remittance reports, claims-related information, and other authorized provider information.
  • Prepare and submit required paperwork and follow up on documentation needed to help individuals maintain benefits and services.
  • Assist with Incident Management/Enterprise Incident Management (EIM), including documentation, follow-up, and tracking required deadlines.
  • Review quarterly documentation and monitor upcoming regulatory and program deadlines.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections with staff or management.
  • Assist with residential compliance audits, policy reviews, and preparation for ODP/QA&I reviews.
  • Communicate significant health, safety, documentation, billing, benefits, or compliance concerns to management.
  • Provide additional administrative support and assistance with special projects as needed

Requirements for the Residential Program Administrator position

  • Associate's degree preferred; bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or in a comparable intellectual disability/autism residential services setting.
  • Experience working with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) services strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with HCSIS, PROMISe, EIM, ISPs, quarterly documentation, and residential program records preferred.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, documentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to review individual service goals and staff documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Experience with Incident Management and/or Behavior Support training preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet required deadlines.
  • Flexible availability based on program needs.
  • Reliable computer and Wi-Fi connection required
