Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator (Part-Time & Full-Time)
Location: Malvern, PA – Hybrid/Remote
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, either 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM
Part-Time: Monday–Friday, either 8:30 AM–1:00 PM or 11:00 AM–3:30 PM
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Assignment Type: Temporary to Hire
Start Date: Monday, October 12th
Openings: 2 Full-Time & 2 Part-Time
We are seeking Guest Teammates to provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. This role involves assisting healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers by coordinating essential treatments and helping ensure seamless continuity of care, particularly for patients who are traveling or facing emergency situations.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement, along with an excellent benefits package upon conversion. Employees may also be eligible for overtime and holiday pay.
Important: This candidate is in the process of moving its business office to a smaller location. This transition is expected to impact the training environment and may result in teammates working remotely more frequently than usual. Specific details regarding the new office location, training environment, and remote-work expectations are still being finalized.
A Day in the Life of the Guest Teammate
· Handle a high volume of inbound calls through an Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system.
· Assist healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers with treatment coordination.
· Facilitate emergency arrangements to help ensure continuity of care for traveling patients.
· Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered customer service.
· Work efficiently to meet daily performance metrics, including call handling time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and patient support.
· Adapt to changing workflows and work environments during the team's upcoming office transition.
Requirements
· Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and patience.
· Strong active listening and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
· Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
· Prior contact center, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an evolving hybrid/remote environment.
Hiring Timeline
Candidates must be identified, interviewed, and hired by Friday, September 25th in preparation for the October 12th training class.
