Bakery Team Member (FOH & BOH Positions) | Temp to Hire | Various Shifts | $14-16/hour to start | Collegeville, PA

Local bakery seeking dependable and friendly team members for several Front of House and Back of House positions. We currently have openings for Front Counter Associates, Cake Decorators, Baking Team Members, and a Utility/Dishwasher.

Current Openings:

• 2 Front Counter Associates – Weekday evenings/nighttime
• 2 Cake Decorators – Evenings/nights and weekends
• 2 Baking Team Members – Various shifts
• 1 Utility/Dishwasher – Various shifts

A day in the life of a Bakery Team Member may include:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their bakery selections.
• Handle transactions at the register and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare, decorate, and package bakery products according to company standards.
• Assist with baking and food preparation as needed.
• Keep work areas, counters, equipment, and the bakery clean and organized.
• Wash dishes, utensils, baking equipment, and other kitchen items.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient bakery operation.

Requirements of a Bakery Team Member:

• Schedule Requirements: Availability will vary by position. Please see the specific openings listed above.
• Customer service, bakery, food service, baking, or decorating experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
