Field Services Technician | Temp to Hire position $22–$25/hr. | On-Site Chester Springs, PA

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work? We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to provide commercial kitchen cleaning services throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in trades, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on technician roles. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

A day in the life of a Finance & Business Operations Coordinator

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans
• Travel to client locations within approximately a 25–50 mile radius of Exton
• Prepare and maintain professional job sites
• Operate pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
• Remove grease, buildup, and other debris from commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Follow established safety procedures and cleaning standards
• Work safely in confined spaces and at heights using ladders, lifts, and harnesses
• Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation and reports
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Assist with crew coordination and team operations as you gain experience

Requirements for the Finance & Business Operations Coordinator position

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Able to kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in hands-on environments
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Available to work Sunday–Thursday, including overnight or early morning shifts as needed
• Experience in trades, construction, maintenance, equipment operation, or a technician role is a plus
• Previous commercial kitchen exhaust or hood cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn

Training is provided for the right candidate. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills and grow into additional leadership responsibilities over time.
