Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver

You will support day-to-day warehouse operations by receiving, staging, and preparing freight for outbound shipment. Your work directly impacts on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety for the team. This is an onsite role at the Carson, CA warehouse.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive goods: offload/load vehicles and containers, check paperwork, weigh, measure, and book in freight
• Operate material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and hand jacks
• Palletize, stretch-wrap, band, and stage cargo to prepare outbound loads and ULDs for departure
• Match paperwork with freight, accurately sign Bills of Lading, verify counts, and report damages or discrepancies
• Use the warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate organization and inventory
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and standards through general housekeeping and weekly bond checks
• Execute DFT procedures and maintain perimeter security where applicable
• Assist with training new staff and contribute to SOP development and process improvement

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Minimum 6 months of previous company-specific warehouse operations experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with the stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform frequent bending and reaching
• Proficiency with technology, computers, and WMS systems
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work flexible hours and meet location-established KPIs

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$20.63/hour
