Become a Key Player as a Senior Software Engineer AI

You will design, build, and deliver client-facing AI products and features that directly impact customers and business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, senior engineers, QA, and DevOps to translate customer needs into scalable, production-ready solutions. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Own implementation and delivery of product features and services from development through production
• Design and build client-facing AI-powered features, products, and platform capabilities
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into production applications, APIs, and customer workflows
• Develop backend and frontend functionality and build/maintain APIs and integrations for customer-facing applications
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and operational reliability
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and scalability
• Mentor and grow technical expertise across engineering teams

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in backend engineering using C#/.NET and building APIs
• Hands-on experience developing and delivering client-facing AI products or AI-powered software features (commercial, production deployments required)
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications or customer-facing workflows
• Familiarity with AI development tools, methodologies, APIs, or frameworks
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and modern engineering practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Pay Range

$140,000 - $170,000
