Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Bulk Driver - Reach Operator - 1st Shift

You will support timely and accurate warehouse operations that keep freight moving for the client. In this onsite, first-shift role based in Carson, CA, you will work with the operations team, drivers, and suppliers to receive, stage, and prepare outbound loads while meeting established KPIs and safety standards.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive and unload inbound freight; offload/load vehicles and ocean containers with care to avoid damage
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo
• Match paperwork to freight, verify counts, sign Bills of Lading, and report discrepancies or damages
• Prepare outbound loads: label, stage, and secure freight (stretch wrap/band) and prepare ULDs
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or the Warehouse Management System to maintain organization and inventory accuracy
• Execute site-specific procedures (bond checks, DFT procedures, perimeter security) and follow customer SOPs
• Maintain housekeeping and warehouse standards; suggest process improvements and assist with training

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Age 18 or older
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum 6 months of previous client warehouse operations experience
• Experience operating reach trucks/warehouse forklifts
• Ability to work flexible hours/days as site needs require
• Commitment to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and meet location performance standards (KPIs)

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$20.63/hour
