Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1
You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work to help the team produce small, precision components on a 1st-shift, onsite schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). Your work supports production quality and throughput for the organization and involves close collaboration with production leads and quality personnel. Reliable attendance and adherence to safety procedures are required.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and procedures
- Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
- Position and assemble very small parts using tweezers, fixtures, and binocular microscope
- Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires; bond or seal parts with epoxies and perform in-process testing
- Operate hand tools and light machinery and follow safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights/weekends or additional hours as necessary
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembler experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and company documents
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude for working with small parts
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic light machinery
- Basic math skills and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication
- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Pay Range
$16.00 - $20.00/hour
