Become a Key Player as a Senior Maintenance Technician
You will maintain and restore manufacturing equipment to keep production reliable and safe. You will work onsite on first shift (5x8 days) and partner with maintenance staff, operations, and engineering to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. This is a hands-on, technical role with opportunities to lead troubleshooting and preventive maintenance efforts.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform advanced maintenance service, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, rebuild, replace, and maintain complex mechanical and electromechanical systems (compressors, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, cooling towers, etc.)
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, control wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to diagnose failures
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis to implement corrective actions that improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Administer and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and produce required reports and documentation
- Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new and existing equipment and train operators and maintenance personnel
- Support equipment installations, modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance staff and help develop maintenance procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training, apprenticeship, trade certifications, or equivalent experience
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, control wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Experience rebuilding pumps, gearboxes, motors, compressors, and related production equipment
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
- Experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
- Proficiency with CMMS/maintenance documentation systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and teamwork skills

Pay Range
$36.00 - $45.00/hour
