Fortune 500 leading Diabetes company, This leading medical sales company is looking for a Diabetes Clinical Educator (RD, RN, BSN, PA, NP, or Pharmacist) who will cover Santa Rosa, Napa, Sonoma, San Rafael CA up to Chico/Redding areas performing the following activities:
Responsibilities
• Educates patients, physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care professionals (HCP's) regarding the importance of intensive management of patients with diabetes using companies Diabetes products.
•Demonstrates products to new patients, consulting them on the therapy and helping to close the sale via discussions at various training locations including doctor offices, diabetes centers, and occasionally patient homes.
• Trains patients and health care professionals (HPC's) on companies products, operations, and therapy.
• Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues regarding company products and therapy.
• Assists HCP in assessing and managing patient’s therapy once the initiation process begins as needed to ensure a positive outcome.
• Trains physicians and nurses (HCP's) on how to do adjust insulin regimens for CSII using standard Blood Glucose (BG) readings and sensor technology.
Position Location and Coverage:- Candidate working from your own home based out of any of the following areas:
- Chico, CA
- Santa Rosa, CA
- Napa, CA
- Sonoma, CA
- San Rafael, CA
- Marin, CA
- Lake County, CA
- 75% Travel, if overnights are an issue; this is NOT the job for you!
- You will call on Endocrinology offices and clinics within the cities mentioned above from approximately Redding, CA South to Chico and further south into the San Rafael and etc. area.
Compensation:
- Base 65K to 80K PLUS Bonus
- Variable Bonus up to 14K annual (paid quarterly)
- Total income range between $79,000 to $94,000
- Car Allowance and 100% gas paid (via a Gas Card)!
- All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
- Full medical, dental benefits and 401K and Stock Options for Sales Award winning Reps.

*Clinical Degree:
*Degree's credentialing required and will accept wide array: Nurse (BSN or RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Pharmacist.
*Must have knowledge and passion for Diabetes.
*MINIMUM of 3 years clinical experience
*Best if you have previous sales support background, but will consider those without.
*Open to those with travel nurse or other type occupations with diabetes background.
