Customer Service Representatives will be in charge of handling inbound customer service calls for our credit card customers.

On a big picture level, in this role you will: 

• Engage in an inbound call environment from our valued customers
• Handle balance transfer calls
• Process payments
• Answer interest rate questions
• Redeem cashback bonus
• Activate new cards
• Update account information
   

• High School Diploma or GED required
• A helpful and friendly customer service focused attitude.
• An ability to connect and engage, on a short phone call, with our valued customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be proficient at keyboarding/typing.
• Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
