Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Loader - Sit Down Clamp Operator

You will support the client's warehouse operations by safely handling inbound and outbound freight, operating sit-down forklifts, and maintaining accuracy in inventory and paperwork. Your work directly impacts on-time shipments, freight integrity, and operational KPIs while collaborating with warehouse supervisors and cross-functional teams. Onsite.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive, offload, and load vehicles and containers, including manual handling and use of forklifts and hand jacks
• Palletize loose and floor-loaded cargo; stretch wrap and band shipments
• Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label freight, and prepare ULDs
• Accurately sign off Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages
• Stage and organize cargo within the warehouse and maintain housekeeping standards
• Use warehouse booking-in sheets or Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate inventory and organization
• Execute quality expectations per SOPs, including reworking or recouping freight when required
• Assist with training new staff and contribute process-improvement suggestions
• Perform site-specific duties such as weekly bond checks, DFT procedures, and handling bonded import freight as required

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Minimum 6 months of prior warehouse operations experience with the client's operations
• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and perform general material-handling tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet or exceed location-established KPI performance standards
• Proficiency in English; Spanish language ability is noted on the role

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight-forwarding experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders

Pay Range

$20.50/hour
